Well, you have found the right place to discover the best crypto paper trading apps. In fact, let me welcome you to the world of crypto trading, and congratulations as you are looking in the right direction.

Trading is nothing but just another skill, that you could master by practicing. Rather than risking your real money, you can take advantage of a paper trading account.

By practicing first using a paper trading account, you will be able to mitigate the risks of losing real money, and also build your strategies for trading.

With a paper trading account, you can trade without owning any cryptocurrencies or even without having an exchange account.

Unlike the traditional market, paper trading simulator apps in Cryptos are more powerful and will give you a feel of real trading. My mentor usually recommends me to have at least 100 trades, before putting in real money.

Anyhoo! here are some of the best Crypto paper trading tools that you can use today. Most of them are free, so enjoy.

Best Crypto Paper Trading Software’s (Virtual Demo Trading accounts)

1. TradingView Simulator

TradingView is perhaps the #1 charting tool available, and it has recently launched a crypto paper trading feature. Their paper trading tool can be accessed directly from the charting panel, and currently, it works only for Crypto: fiat pair. (Ex: BTC: USD)

If you looking to paper trade using Crypto: Crypto pair (Ex: BTC:USDT, BTC:ETH), you will have to look at other alternatives listed below.

Here is a quick video that shows you how to enable the paper trading feature of Tradingview:

TradingView offers both free and paid accounts, and trading simulation feature is available in the free accounts as well.

2. Phemex – BTC & Crypto Demo Trading

Phemex is a Singapore registered exchange, and that offers a testnet account, which is equivalent to a paper trading account. If you are already well versed with Crypto exchanges, then you should use this, otherwise, look for other paper trading options listed below.

If you have never heard of Phemex before, read my review of Phemex and also learn about their $4050 welcome bonus program.

  • To use the Phemex Paper trading account, head over to Phemex website
  • Click on Learn > Simulated trading
  • And create your paper trading account.

3. 3Commas Paper trading

3Commas is a crypto trading terminal and automated bot tool, that let you connect with multiple crypto exchanges, and trade from a single terminal. 3Commas also offers a mobile app, which let you monitor and create/edit your trades. Check out 3Commas review to learn more about it.

One of the underlooked features of 3Commas is the Crypto paper trading account. The 3Commas paper trading account comes with one of its paid plans, which starts from $22/month. Once you have the 3Commas Paper trading account access, you can do everything such as –

  • Execute 3Commas smart trade
  • Create an automated trading bot
  • Use DCA bot or Grid trading bots
  • Delete or reset 3Commas paper trading account balance

Of all the paid options, I like 3Commas to be the best, and something I use often to test my new manual or automated trading strategies.

4. Bitsgap Demo account

Bitsgap is a popular trading terminal and automated trading tool, that let you trade on multiple exchanges from the comfort of a single app. Bitsgap offers a completely free demo account with a balance of 1 BTC and 1000 USDT (Paper money).

Using this demo account, you can trade on any supported exchanges via Bitsgap interface. Bitsgap offer many smart trading tools such as trailing take profits, conditional stop limit, and many more.

You can also run an automated grid bot using this demo account to test automated trading. Overall, if you are looking for a single suggestion for a crypto paper trading app, Bitsgap should be your first choice. You can read a detailed review of Bitsgap here.

5. Cryptohopper Paper Trading

This one is a little advanced, but if you are feeling too energetic today, you could try this. Cryptohopper is a crypto-trading bot, and it let you create a paper trading account, to test their bots. This is not as simple as Tradingview or other simulators listed below, but if you feel like learning to use a trading bot, well this is your chance.

With the free plan, you could access the majority of their trading bots, and paper trading accounts.

Paper trading on Cryptohopper is exactly the same as regular trading except that it connects to public data, not your own exchange account. You can deposit up to 100k of any cryptocurrency that you want and experiment away with this free simulator.

The best part about paper trading on Cryptohopper is, the data is real-time as if your experience will be no different than trading on a real exchange. (See a list of best crypto exchanges here).

6. eToro Virtual Portfolio account

eToro is a popular name in social trading, which offers various kinds of trading including commodity, currency, and crypto to name a few. What a lot of users are not aware of, that eToro also offers a trading simulation account, which you can use to practice trading. Only real Cryptoassets available for US users, eToro USA LLC does not offer CFDs.

Also, you can use this virtual money to test the social trading feature of eToro. It is one of the easiest ways to start trading, even if you are not a trader.

81% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money

Investments are subject to market risk, including the loss of principal.

Anyhow, the above 4 platforms are pretty solid cryptocurrency trading simulator apps. My favourite is definitely Bitsgap and eToro, as this is something you will be using all the time, as you graduate to the next level.

Over to you: Best Crypto paper trading Apps

These are some of the best working paper trading apps that you can use to simulate Bitcoin trading or any other crypto trading. I do expect Tradingview to add Crypto to crypto pair for simulated trading in days to come. For now, I really like 3Commas for the paper trading features.

Before you move to read some other guide on CoinSutra, I would like you to answer a few questions:
